This is the vented Quattro Air — for standard CPAP and BiLevel machines; the mask vents exhaled air through its own vent holes. It is not the Quattro Air NV (non-vented), which is for ventilators with an active exhalation valve only. Make sure you're ordering the right one for your equipment.
