For nursing homes, clinics, home-care agencies and anyone ordering more than a household needs. Tell us what you need and how many, and we come back with a price for the whole order.
Who this is for
- Nursing homes and assisted living — beds, mattresses, commodes and bath safety across many rooms.
- Clinics and therapy practices — braces, supports and supplies you keep in stock for patients.
- Home-care agencies — equipment for several clients at once.
- Anyone ordering in quantity — if the number is larger than a household would buy, ask.
How to request a quote
- Sign in, or create an account. A quote is saved to your account so you can come back to it, which is why the site asks you to sign in first. Creating an account is free.
- Add what you need to the cart. Browse the catalog as usual and add each item in the quantity you want. Nothing is charged at this point.
- Open the cart and choose “Ordering in bulk? Request a quote”. It sits under the checkout button. Your cart becomes a request.
- Check the quantities and add a note. You can change quantities, suggest a price per item, and tell us anything that matters — for example delivery to several addresses, or the date you need it by.
- Send the request. We look at the whole order and reply with a quote.
- Accept the quote. It appears in your account under Quotes. Accept it and it becomes an order at the quoted price.

Good to know
- A quote is not an order. Nothing ships and nothing is charged until you accept it.
- Large equipment is delivered and set up across the five boroughs of New York City; smaller items ship across the United States. Details are on the shipping and delivery page.
- Equipment for an individual patient that is billed to their insurance goes through an insurance request instead, one patient at a time.
