The AirTouch N30i cushion is a new take on the N30i's under-the-nose cradle seal. Instead of plain silicone, it uses ResMed's ComfiSoft™ design — memory foam with an inner cloth seal (silicone-infused fabric) — so the surface against your skin is soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking rather than smooth silicone:
It keeps everything else you like about the N30i: the minimal, low-profile cradle under the nose (clear field of view, no nasal-bridge pressure), and the tube-up design's freedom of movement.
Same frame as the AirFit N30i: this cushion clicks onto the same tube-up ("i") frame as the silicone AirFit N30i cushion — so you can switch between the silicone (AirFit N30i) and foam-fabric (AirTouch N30i) cushion just by changing the cushion. It's a simple way to try memory-foam comfort without a new mask.
Compatibility — important: this cushion works only with the AirFit N30i and AirTouch N30i masks. It does not fit other ResMed masks — not the AirFit P10, N20, F30i, or the front-connecting N30. (Because it's foam-fabric, it's also not interchangeable as a seal with the P30i pillow cushion, even though both use the i-frame.)

Because it's a foam-fabric cushion, follow ResMed's care guidance for AirTouch cushions (foam cushions are generally not submerged/scrubbed like silicone). Replace it when it's soiled, loses softness or shape, or no longer seals well — foam-fabric cushions are typically replaced a little more often than silicone. Keep it dry and away from direct sunlight.
