About this mask
The AirTouch N20 is a nasal mask — it covers the nose (not the mouth), for people who breathe through their nose during sleep. What sets it apart is the UltraSoft™ memory-foam cushion: instead of sealing with silicone, it uses a soft foam cushion that conforms gently to the face. Many people find it the softest-feeling seal available — especially good for sensitive skin, or for anyone who gets red marks or pressure lines from silicone.
Paired with SoftEdge™ headgear (rolled-edge straps that reduce facial marks), it's built for comfortable long-term wear, with a design that keeps a reliable seal across therapy pressures.
AirTouch (foam) or AirFit (silicone)? The AirTouch N20 and AirFit N20 share the same frame and headgear — they differ only in the cushion. The AirTouch uses this UltraSoft memory-foam cushion (softest feel; a little more delicate, replaced more often); the AirFit uses a silicone InfinitySeal™ cushion (durable, wipe-clean). Because they share the frame, you can switch between foam and silicone by changing the cushion.
Important: magnets & implants
The standard N20 uses magnetic headgear clips. Magnets are contraindicated for some people — including those with certain active implants (pacemakers, ICDs, neurostimulators, CSF shunts, insulin/infusion pumps) or metallic implants/objects (aneurysm clips, stents, metallic eye fragments, certain ocular/hearing implants). Keep mask magnets away from such implants/devices, follow the contraindications in the mask's user guide, and consult your physician. (A non-magnetic N20 option may be available — contact us.)
