The AirSense 11 AutoSet is the next generation of ResMed's flagship home CPAP platform. Like the AirSense 10 it's an auto-adjusting (APAP) machine — the AutoSet algorithm continuously monitors your breathing and adjusts pressure in real time to deliver the lowest effective pressure — but it modernizes the experience:
This configuration ships with SlimLine standard tubing. If dryness or condensation (rainout) is a concern, you can upgrade to ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing (that's the 39001 bundle, or buy the tube separately).
The AirSense 11 uses its own accessories — the ClimateLineAir 11 heated tube and HumidAir 11 tub are specific to the AirSense 11 and are not interchangeable with the AirSense 10 versions (and vice versa). Order Air11-specific consumables.

What's in the box? The AirSense 11 AutoSet with integrated HumidAir 11 humidifier, water chamber, SlimLine standard tubing, a high-efficiency filter, 65W power supply, travel bag, and user guide. A mask is separate.
Does this come with heated tubing? No — this configuration (39000) includes SlimLine standard tubing. The heated ClimateLineAir 11 tube is the 39001 bundle, or can be added separately.
How is the AirSense 11 different from the AirSense 10? The 11 adds a color touchscreen and modern design, and uses its own Air11-specific tube and water tub (not interchangeable with the 10). Both run the AutoSet algorithm.
Is it auto-adjusting? Yes — in AutoSet / AutoSet for Her mode it adjusts pressure through the night within your prescribed range. (The AirSense 11 Elite is the fixed-pressure model — buy the one that matches your prescription.)
Does it need an SD card? No — it sends data via built-in cellular; an SD card isn't required for summary data (detailed data storage needs a card, sold separately).
Do I need a prescription? Yes — a valid prescription is required to dispense, and your clinician sets the pressure.
