Sometimes a clinician wants to record overnight oxygen saturation together with CPAP data — to see how oxygenation behaves alongside therapy. ResMed enables this on the Air10 platform through an add-on oximetry module rather than building it into every device.
The module (37302) plugs into the port on the back of the AirSense 10. On its own it doesn't measure anything — it's the adapter that lets the device read and log a signal from an attached oximetry sensor. With a compatible sensor connected, the device records SpO₂ and pulse rate through the night, stored alongside the therapy data for a clinician to review.
Because the sensor is separate, ordering the module alone won't produce a reading — you'll need the matching sensor too.

The 37302 module is for the Air10 platform — the AirSense 10 and compatible AirCurve 10 devices. It is not for the AirSense 11 (Air11), the S9, or the AirMini, which handle oximetry differently or not at all. You'll also need a compatible oximetry sensor to actually record readings.
