The AirMini stays pocket-sized partly by using a slim, dedicated tube instead of a bulky standard hose. This tubing (38822) is that tube — roughly 6 feet (1.9 m) long and just 15 mm across, light and flexible, so it packs down small and moves easily with active sleepers.
It's a wear/replacement part: like any tubing, it can develop small tears, cracks, or worn connectors over time, and a damaged tube causes leaks and lost pressure. A fresh tube restores a secure, quiet connection.

Which machine does it fit? Only the ResMed AirMini travel CPAP. Standard hoses won't fit the AirMini, and this tube won't fit other machines.
Does it connect straight to my mask? It connects directly to the N30 and P10 AirMini masks. For F20, F30, N20, and AirTouch masks, it connects through that mask's AirMini connector.
How is it different from a normal CPAP hose? It's much thinner (15 mm) and more flexible than a standard hose, and it's exclusive to the AirMini — designed to keep the travel setup compact.
How long is it? About 6 feet (1.9 m).
Does it include a mask connector or HumidX? No — tubing only. The mask connector (for F20/F30/N20/AirTouch) and the HumidX HME are separate.
