  • DIABETIC: Men & Women Diabetic Insoles Propet provide additional plantar fasciitis support and cushioning. The bottom layer provides good arch support and the top layer offers cloud-like cushion which molds while you wear them in your shoes.
  • CUSHIONING: These EVA closed cell therapeutic insoles are ready-to-wear. They are ultra-lightweight and heat-moldable to mold to your foot as you wear them. The inserts are SADMERC approved multi-durometer orthoses for diabetic foot care.
  • INSOLE STRUCTURE: The top layer has shock absorption. It is closed cell with a durometer of shore A 25º ±5º. The bottom layer holds its shape as well as being closed cell. The durometer is shore A 40º ±5º. Get easy pain relief for all-day comfort.
  • MOLDING: Self mold - wear for 3 days in shoes. Heat mold - put in a conventional oven (200°F) or convection oven (175°F) for 3 minutes. Immediately place into your footwear without original insoles and stand up straight in your shoes for 2 minutes.
  • EASY CARE: When done wearing these insoles, simply wipe with down with a damp cloth. They are reusable to have pads for pain relief to stay comfortable when on your feet and provide all-day support.

Men's Shoe Sizes - 6-16.

Medicare will only cover your therapeutic shoes if your doctors are enrolled in Medicare. Doctors have to meet strict standards to enroll and stay enrolled in Medicare. If your doctors aren't enrolled, Medicare won't pay the claims they submit.

The doctor who treats your diabetes must certify your need for therapeutic shoes or inserts.

A podiatrist (foot doctor) or other qualified doctor must prescribe the shoes or inserts, and you must get the shoes or inserts from one of these:

  • A podiatrist
  • An orthotist
  • A prosthetist
  • A pedorthist
  • Another qualified individual
